Minum Air Putih Harus dengan Kondisi yang Benar

Assalamu'alaikum

Hay kawan .. bertemu lagi ..hehe
gara2 posting kemaren itu tentang air jadi sekarang aku mau jelasin tentang air putih
air putih itu banyak manfaatnya tapi kenapa banyak yang agak ngeremehin air putih ya ??


tapi kalo kawan minumnya sebelum tidur atau makan, lebih baik jangan tapi kalo 1 jam sebelum tidur atau makan gak apa2. Karena bisa menyebabkan kanker. Kok bisa ya ??
ternyata air membutuhkan mengalir 30 menit dari lambung ke usus, belum sempat air menuju usus eh.. ditambahin makanan, kita akan mempersulit kerja enzim nanti. Profesor Hiromi Shinya MD, pakar enzim yang juga guru besar kedokteran di AS menyarankan minum air putih 1 jam sebelum makan dan pas bangun tidur karena kalo bangun tidur kan kekurangan cairan jadi pas minum air putih cairan yang hilang dapat diganti dengan air putih. Eits.. trus da lagi kalo kawan minum air putihny sambil berdiri itu dapat menyebabkan kristal ginjal lo..
karna kalo duduk pasti ada penyaringan lagi tp kalo berdiri gak da penyaringan lagi jadi yang harusnya disaring lagi jadi ngendap di ureter. Lama-kelamaan bisa jadi kristal ginjal, so.. kalo minuma air putih harus dengan kondisi yang benar ya.. jangan sampai kawan bisa kayak yang udah dijelaskan di atas.
